Delivery Timelines: Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Transit times may vary due to customs or carrier schedules, and exceptional delays may occur during peak periods.
Split Shipments: For pre-orders, gifts and main products may be shipped separately, and delivery dates might vary for each item.
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.
Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as each item in your order is dispatched.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if the product does not match its description, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To qualify for a refund, the return must meet the following conditions:
Original Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and in its original condition with no signs of use or alterations.
Promotional Items & Gifts: To receive a full refund for any order or pre-order, all associated free gifts (such as the SaluStim G1) must be returned in their original, unused condition. If a promotional gift is not returned, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Inspection: Refunds will only be processed once all returned items have been inspected and approved by our team.

Start the Return
Complete the online return form by selecting the item(s) to return, the reason for the return, and your preferred refund method.
Receive the Return Label
We will email the return label to the address used for your order.
Pack the Items
Securely pack the items to be returned. Reuse the original bag or box to minimize waste. Remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Attach the Label
Attach the return label to the package, ensuring it is visible and securely fixed.
Drop Off the Package
Deliver the package to the designated drop-off location during operating hours. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking number via email once the return is scanned.
Receive Confirmation
Once your return reaches our warehouse, you’ll receive an email confirming that the items have been inspected and accepted. This process may take up to 3-7 working days after we receive your return.
Receive Your Refund
After inspection, your refund will be processed to your mentioned payment method. The refund process may take up to 14 working days. Please note that only the product cost will be refunded; shipping and service charges are non-refundable. Additionally, we are not responsible for any transaction fees charged by your financial institution during the refund process.
